How long does it take to process my order?
Because many of our items are custom-made, orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days before shipping.
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer custom t-shirts?
Yes. We offer custom t-shirt designs for birthdays, events, businesses, celebrations, and personal requests.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?
Because many of our items are custom-made, we begin processing orders quickly.
If you need to make a change, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If you realize there is an error, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address.
Do you accept returns?
Because many items are custom-made, we do not accept returns on personalized products.
For eligible items, return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery, and approved returns are issued as store credit only.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review the issue.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
