Because many of our products are custom-made and personalized, we offer a 7-day return request window after your order has been delivered.

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

All approved returns must be sent back in the same condition they were received, unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom & Personalized Items

Most items sold in our store are custom-made or personalized. Because these items are created specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or refund once the order has been processed.

Please double-check all names, sizes, colors, and spelling before placing your order.

If we make a mistake on your custom order, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds.

If a return is approved for a non-custom item, you will receive store credit for the value of the item once the return has been received and inspected.

Store credit may be used toward any future purchase in our store.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
